Repeat Prescriptions

If the doctor wishes you to have a further supply of medication without being seen, they will give you a repeat prescription slip. The items you need should be ticked and the slip handed or faxed to reception. You may also place your request by phoning our prescription line after 11:00.

Repeat prescriptions are reviewed every six months.

The practice normally requires two working days notice for this service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
